The vast majority of wall bushings currently used in power system are traditional oil-filled capacitance bushing with porcelain shell. Due to inherent defects including oil spill pollution, weak mechanical strength, low sealing property and antifouling property, explosive that endangers personal safety and equipment safety, etc, these products can no longer meet the operating requirement of miniaturization, oil-free, no(little) maintenance and high reliability for high voltage electric products raised by power department. The overseas dry wall bushing all apply epoxy resin impregnated paper capacitance core as major insulation, with porcelain shell or hollow composite insulator installed outside to bear mechanical loading and serve as external insulation, and cream of silicone grease kind filled between major insulation and external insulation. This kind of bushing has better property than oil-filled capacitance bushing with porcelain shell, but the customers would flinch at the lengthy delivery period, high price and imperfect after service. The FRP Capacitance Bushing, which is researched and developed by our company, is a new product of pure dry dry type composite shell capacitance bushing learning from design idea of like products overseas and adopting original new materials as well as manufacturing technology. The major insulation of FRP Capacitance Transformer Bushing is capacitance core, which is a pure solid capacitance core solidified under high temperature from insulating layers and capacitive screens that are twisted alternately and arranged one upon another. The insulating layers are made by computer-controlled winding machine according to geodesic line, and capacitive screens are made from semiconductor conformal material. Connecting flange is made if high-intensity aluminum alloy; Add sheds increasing creepage distance is molded by once injection of silicone rubber on the surface of capacitance core and forms an organic whole with it; High-intensity porcelain add sheds can also be installed additionally with vacuum casting of epoxy resin between porcelain housing and capacitance core.
