Brief Introduction

Unsaturated polyester resin as the bonding material, filled with glass fiber, filling, pigment and other chemical agents, after being dipped, then is covered by film on both sides and finally supplied as the unsaturated polyester resin reinforced by glass fiber compounds in the shape of roll. Easy molding property, good aging resistance and other properties enable it to be widely applied into automobile industry, railway vehicles, building, electric industry and communication project. SMC has several main types such as electrical type, mechanical type, anti-static type, fire retardant type and general mechanical type.

DMC/BMC material (DOUGH/BULK MOULDING COMPOUNDS):

Composed by unsaturated polyester glass resin, fiber glass, fillings, pigment, and other chemical agents, etc. It has good insulating property, high mechanical property, thermal resistance, fire retardant, corrosion stability, and especially the molding property such as good fluidity, lower molding pressure and temperature, short molding time. DMC/BMC is the best molding material for complex, thin wall and big molding parts.

We can design, develop and make the mold or tooling according the customers' drawing or sample. And take the different production formula to produce the different properties SMC or DMC material according customers' technical requirement.
