Pro-expanded Glass Mat Plate

Product Introduction Reinforced by the glass mat, having certain rigidity and insulating property. After heated, the fiber glass mat will fill the space rapidly. During the expansion, the plate will generate small interspaces which can easily absorb the vanish and be cured
with the other parts together. The thermal grade is same as the impregnating varnish as B, F and H grade and thermal expansion rate is more than 80% under 180ºC.
It is mainly used for AC and DC motor and generator's insulation strip, insulation pad. Fixed coil and core. As spacer or lashing material in various of the coil in electric motors and power generators. Cut this sheet into pad and used as insulation strip can solve the problem for the motor slot wedge looseness under long-term operation, ensure that the motor can run reliably.
