The vibratory spring is made of epoxy crossply filament laminate which is constructed in continuous E-glass filaments in a unique non-woven parallel. The material can reduce the risk of fracturing during machining and minimize filament stress, which could shorten the fatigue life of reinforced plastic materials.The weight of epoxy vibratory spring is only 40% of conventional steel spring, they do not rust, and can work in hot, cold, wet, and dry environments while maintaining a stable dimensional shape.
